Practical Magic Salt Blend - Rosemary & Lavender

A little homage to one of our favourite pieces of witchy wisdom from Practical Magic.

This ritual salt blend combines salt, rosemary and lavender for use in spell work, rituals and intention-setting. Inspired by the familiar words:

“There are some things I know for certain: always throw spilled salt over your left shoulder, keep rosemary by your garden gate, plant lavender for luck, and fall in love whenever you can.”

Salt has long been used in magical traditions for protection, purification and cleansing, while rosemary is traditionally associated with protection, remembrance and purification, and lavender with peace, luck, love and healing.

Use this blend as an ingredient in your personal spell work, sprinkle it around your ritual space or altar, add it to spell jars, or incorporate it wherever your practice calls for salt.
