How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Domestic orders will take between 3-7 business days to arrive once we have packaged and shipped your order. More information about shipping can be found HERE.
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind, however if you would like to exchange an item you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. Simply send us an email and we will arrange it from there. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If an item you have been sent is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us via email and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
-If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. You will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee.
-We are not responsible for a parcel being sent to the wrong address if you have provided the wrong address on your order. Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order.
-In this situation some people prefer to arrange collection in store. This is perfectly fine and we are happy to hold your parcel for you until you can come in to collect.
-If we have been in contact but do not receive a response after several attempts, you will forfeit your option to have the items collected or resent to you. This only happens in rare cases where we are unable to contact someone for an extended period of time (30 days). If for some reason you need more time than this to collect or have the item resent, it is important that you contact us and inform us within a reasonable amount of time. Keep in mind this may incur a storage and administration fee.
