Returns

We accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Himalayan Salt products, Earrings and Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, first send us an email at info@mineralism.com and then upon instruction send your item to: 31 glebe point road glebe New South Wales AU 2037.
You are responsible for all shipping charges.
Alternatively you can bring the item to our store at the same address in person.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item to us you we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items that go missing in the mail.

If you received free shipping on your order and wish to exchange a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred with exchanging the product, as well as the original shipping fee paid by Mineralism to send your order.
