DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Online orders are processed and shipped out within 2 working days.
During busy periods it can take up to 4 working days. This timeframe is for packing and dispatch only. Transit times will vary depending on your location.

Australia Post provides the following guidelines for delivery : 

• Sydney Metro: 1-2 working days 
• Other NSW: 2-3 working days 
• Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro: 2-4 working days 
• Other Cities and Regional Areas: 3-7 working days

DOMESTIC COURIER SHIPPING

Courier shipping transit times are between 1-6 business days. Majority of our courier service is managed through Sendle. To find out more about sendle click HERE. 

Courier orders are automatically labelled as "Authority to leave", which means that they do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place eg. near your front door.

If you require a signature or have other instructions, please leave a note on your order when you are completing checkout. 

Please note that courier service is unavailable for PO Boxes , locked bags and parcel lockers.

FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE for domestic orders over $100.
Free shipping orders are automatically labelled as "Authority to leave", which means that they do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place eg. 

Please note that free shipping service is unavailable for PO Boxes , locked bags and parcel lockers. If you need it sent to one of the above, or require a signature on delivery, you are best to select another shipping service. 

Please note that free shipping is offered for orders that are placed on the website from products that are already listed, and does not apply to custom orders made via email, instagram dm or over the phone. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Which countries do we ship to? 
We ship internationally to most countries. Throughout the covid pandemic there have been a number of international shipping delays or pauses. We do our best to offer our goods to everyone, but are sometimes limited by where the shipping services available to us will deliver, which is out of our control. 

We do not currently ship to: Guatemala, United Kingdom, Cuba, North Korea, Islamic republic of Iran, North Sudan or the Syrian Arab Republic.

How long will it take? 
Orders are shipped out within 2 - 4 business days. International orders can take between 6-30 working days to arrive. 

International shipping rates
International shipping rates are as follows: 

up to 250g:
New Zealand: $17
Rest of the world:$17

up to 500g:
New Zealand: $19
Rest of the world: $25

Up to 1kg:
New Zealand: $23
Rest of the world: $45

Up to 2kg:
New Zealand: $30
Rest of the world: $70

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns for change of mind, however if you would like to exchange an item you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. simply send us an email and we will arrange it from there. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 If an item you have been sent is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us via email and we will resolve the issue immediately.
