Keywords: Strength • Grounding • Personal Growth • Resilience
An extinct genus of mackerel shark, the Otodus lived from the Paleocene to the Pliocene epochs approximately 65 to 3.6 million years ago. Fossils, as mineralised or otherwise preserved remains of ancient living organisms, are wonderful tools to assist in transitioning from the old to the new. Their energy creates an environment that encourages receptiveness to transition, transformation and personal growth. Fossils have had great historical significance to a variety of cultures and communities, being used throughout the centuries as a talisman for protection and long life.
